Experienced in marketing and promotion, and over 25 years of age.
Four-day monthly rest + car subsidy + travel subsidy + business commission + five insurances + call compensation.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for market research and demand analysis;
2. Determine the target system and sales quota of the sales department;
3. Develop sales plans and sales budgets;
4. Responsible for the management and maintenance of sales channels and customers;
5. Set up a sales team and train sales staff;
Qualifications:
1. College degree and above
2. More than two years of work experience in the sales industry, with sales management experience preferred;
3. Possess strong market analysis, marketing, promotion skills, good interpersonal communication, coordination skills, analysis and problem-solving skills;
4. Have a strong sense of professionalism and have certain business capabilities.
